THE NEHRU ZOOLOICAL PARK

 THE INDIAN JACKAL, (CANIS AUREUS INDICUS), is also called as himalayan jackal. It typically inhabits lowlands on the outskirts of towns, villages and farms, where they shelter in holes among ruins or dense brush. THIS PICTURE WAS CAPTURED IN NEHRU ZOOLOGICAL PARK
CHAMELEON, (FROM THE FAMILY OF  CHAMELEONIDAE), are distinctively highly specialised clade of lizards.
this is one among the 160 species of chameleons these are even used as household pets  they change their body color in order to attack or defend an enemy. THIS PICTURE WAS CAPTURED IN NEHRU ZOOLOGICAL PARK
THE GREAT INDIAN WHITE TIGER , (PANTHERA TIGRIS), this is considered as one among the highlights of indian fauna as white tiger is found only in india the place where it actually originated i.e.., bengal. this is the biggest cat in the family of cats . this picture was captured at NEHRU ZOOLOGICAL PARK
INDIAN PEACOCK, (PAVO CRISTATUS), A resident breeder in south asia. the Peacock is designated as national bird of india and the provincial bird of punjab. theses are best known for the male's extravagant eye-spotted tail.this photo was captured at NEHRU ZOOLOGICAL PARK ,HYDERABAD


ORIENTAL GARDEN LIZARD, (CALOTES VERSICOLOR) generally found in places with much greenery and better weather for their growth. this picture was captured at NEHRU ZOOLOGICAL PARK.

JAGUAR, (PANTHERA ONCA), is one of the big species in the PANTHERA family , this is the THIRD largest cat after tiger and lion.The jaguar has an exceptionally powerful bite that allows it to pierce the shells of armoured reptiles. this picture was captured in NEHRU ZOOLOGICAL PARK


GREEN IGUANA, (IGUANA IGUANA), is a large arboreal herbivorous species of lizard. these iguana are also considered as good pets. this picture was captured at NEHRU ZOOLOGICAL PARK.

THE INDIAN LEOPARD, (PANTHERA PARDUS FUSCA), in a very short span of time we are going to find the crisis of these indian leopards due to the illegal activities which are under progress. HOPE WE SUPPORT IN IMPROVING THE POPULATION OF THSES ANIMALS....... this picture was captured at NEHRU ZOOLOGICAL PARK







 THE LION, (PANTHERA LEO), considered as THE KING OF THE JUNGLE IS one among the four big cats. these are considered as one of the best hunters but had a ill fame in the case of stamina, before 10,000 years ago it is considered as the second largest mammal on earth after human beings . this picture was captured in NEHRU ZOOLOGICAL PARK






 THE SLOTH BEAR, (URSUS URSINUS), also called as labiated bear. this is an nocturnal insectivorous animal, these animals are tamed for public entertainment in some parts of india which is slowly coming to an end. this picture was takein in NEHRU ZOOLOGICAL PARK

WHITE PEACOCK, (PAVO CRI STATUS), The White Peacock is frequently mistaken for an albino, but it is a colour variety of Indian Blue Peacock. Its white colour makes it looks really magnificent and elegant.this picture is captured i at NEHRU ZOOLOGICAL PARK

MUGGER CROCODILE (CROCODILUS PALUSTRIS), also called as marsh crocodile. it is one of the three crocodilians found in india the other being gharial and salt water crocodile . THIS PICTURE WAS CAPTURED IN NEHRU ZOOLOGICAL PARK
